I was incredibly impressed with Joe’s dedication and attentiveness to resolving my case. While visiting Tennessee I was charged with felony possession of a schedule 6 substance (marijuana). I am from a state where this is legal, and Joe leveraged his experience and skill set to get this charge dropped down to a misdemeanor with very reasonable requirements I will need to complete that will lead to getting this off my record. He was very communicative throughout the process, and took the time to patiently explain anything I did not understand as well as what to expect every step of the way. Additionally, as a working class individual, I valued Joe’s willingness to determine fair and human-centered solutions regarding payment arrangements. I highly recommend Joe and found him to be excellent at what he does.

I had a really good experience with this Lawyer and would recommend him any time, I was pulled over doing 45 over the speed limit, with charges for simple possession/ exchange, doing over 20 mph over the limit, and reckless driving, all I was charged with was possession of paraphernalia. 20/10

If anyone is able to reach him or his assistant in the last couple years id like to hear about it.Good luck going by his office as well.
