A 5 star rating is not even good enough for my divorce attorney Ryan Durham and his assistant Raci.
My divorce was not a simple one.
They were both extremely caring and went above and beyond with helping me with my divorce. The professionalism that Ryan has and his knowledge is exceptional.
I would definitely recommend Ryan & his firm.

All I wanted was to incorporate our church. At first it went well, and then Holt told that he misplaced the paperwork. So I gave him time to get the paperwork together, so I called and no return call and I called and the same thing. And finally called and told his secretary that Holt services was no longer required.

We used BHD and Ryan Durham during a Company Acquistion. Ryan was very accessible, professional, and knowledgeable during the process. He provided guidance throughout the entire exercise and made the transition very manageable.
