Just returned home from Court... Tony represented my daughter and me in a case where my ex... her mother ...was trying to get custody of my grandchildren..with no basis whatsoever.. of course my daughter and I are were pretty much caught off guard and devastated by her actions..but he was a true professional and also very personable..and handled the case with his great knowledge and wisdom and we got them back...I am humbled and forever greatful to him..I will never forget what he did for us..have trust and faith...he will get the job done...thank you again tony...a friend for life...

Tony Maynard did an awesome job! When my son was arrested in Wilson county I considered an attorney out of Nashville simply because Lebanon is a small town. The kinda town where everybody knows everybody. I was afraid my son would not get a fair trial based on the arrest. Then a friend told me about Tony. From the moment I first spoke with Tony until my sons case was over, I was at ease that I has made the right choice. He's a man of integrity. His knowledge, drive and success has renewed my faith in the justice system. I would highly recommend Tony Maynard to anyone facing criminal charges. I truly believe my son would still be in jail had I hired anyone else. Not only is he out of jail, everything was resolved. The case that had been bound over to the grand jury got squashed and my son was released that very day. No more court dates. I want to give you my experience on Tony Maynard my mother is an elderly lady she has a medical problem like I have some tumors she had a stroke and a seizure and he didn't want to bring out and she wanted the judge to hear. He got mad in the courtroom I think it was because our witness called him a name out loud in front of everybody and he would not stand up and ask her questions. He offered nothing she had given him many pieces of material to win that case. There was no problem she gave all evidence truthfully he's just a dud. Upon first meeting him she was impressed I thought he was concerned and I thought he listened but I soon learned that he was in it wanting to be a young criminal attorney and that's his goal. Don't use him.

Tony is an exceptional lawyer and I truly would not have wanted anyone else representing me during such a difficult time in my life! Tony was professional, knowledgeable, prepared, kind, honest, and kept me informed every step of the way; he knows what he is doing and I would recommend him to anyone looking for help. To this day (even though court is over for me personally) I can reach out to him for legal advice which is extremely comforting!
