David Foutch is great if you want to be ignored. He is always out of the office and NEVER returns calls. He is handling a very small estate in which my children are the heirs and I'm not sure what his relationship is with the executor, but it's been almost a year and a half and my sons finally had to file a claim against the estate for the the Will in which they are the primary beneficiaries.

i would run from this guy as fast as your legs will take you. He is handling a probate for my children and he won't return answer calls or return them. RUN!!!
