Excellent Service!! J Stephen Brown is an attorney who truly cares about you and your family. In 2019 he met with me and husband and executed all of our end of life documents. He is courteous and a very understanding lawyer. He answered all of our questions with patience and concern for our situation. So when I needed legal documents for my “special needs” sister, I did not hesitate to contact Steve! While none of us like to think about end of life matters, the documents prepared by J. Stephen Brown, Esq. made the journey or my mothers end of life wishes as well as final estate details seamless. He provided thoughtful detail and documentation to clearly outline her wishes in such a way that left no room for interpretation. It allowed for me to honor and respect her wishes at a time when she was not able to verbally speak them. We can never think Mr. Brown enough for his services and all he did to support our family. I've had several attorneys prepare my legal documents. I met Steve in our BNI networking chapter. I had him update all of our Legal documents. Steve prepared my husband's Will and my Will as well as all of our other legal documents. He prepared our Durable General Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney, our Living Wills. He is the first attorney who ever prepared all these estate and medical documents. He also explained what the documents were and why they were needed. My husband thought we needed a family trust. Steve explained why we didn't and gave us a different less costly solution to provide the needs of our estate. The most important difference I learned is that the wording he used in our documents is that which meets specific statement, requests, or rules of action in the documents were covered by the actual wording in the law books and not just paraphrased using just a reference. Most of our BNI members use Steve, and I would never recommend anyone else protecting my family's estate planning. I have also recommended many of my friends and business associates to use his services.
