I would not recommend Sam Hinson at all! He scammed my family out of $8,000. He was supposed to represent my family member in court in a very serious case and he DID NOT SHOW UP TO THE COURT DATE. We haven’t heard from him since and he will not take any phone calls! Absolutely disappointed. I will definitely be filing a lawsuit.

Good Law firm

Unethical and unprofessional.

He missed Court on a fee different occasions and He allowed me to miss court and get a fta in Madison county because he was try to extort me a client that paid up front and full 4 more money and when I refused you didn't tell me that he was already having my case bond over to big court. I spent 67 days in madison county jail because he left me out dry and refused to help me with my situation. I would Not recommend him for anyone especially if you have a criminal case. Frfr!

Very busy people. But very knowledgeable and affordable. Father and son office. Both seem most personable and educated in their field. Definitely 5 star rating for these guys.

Gee I can't even get them to return my phone calls ! I've sent paperwork and money to their office and made repeated calls and got NO reply Eighter they are VERY unprofessional or incapable of handling my case and are ashamed to say so.

Jack was a good attorney good job jack I appreciate everything you help us with and Tina was the best and patient secretary and we will miss y'all great work and I do highly recommend them to anyone

I've used both Jack and Sam. One time for a parenting plan modification and a couple times for me being sure when my business burnt. All three times I was very satisfied with the outcome. I will be back in the unfortunate event that I need them again.

Great guys to have on your side

Sam Hinson is not a very good lawyer. Or maybe that's the kind of service lawyers give to court appointed lawyers. He did NOTHING for me the entire three years he had my case. Whenever there was a legal appointment, he was always unavailable and would just look at someone's notes! He never went to the judge to plead my case. I sent him a letter to read to the judge regarding my case. And the final and last very important court appointment, he said he couldn't attend and just one day before the court date he emails me that I need to get another lawyer to go to court for me because he MIGHT have COVID19. Yeah, I MIGHT have it too! Why couldn't he send my letter to the judge by fax? Never put your trust in these lawyers. Deanna
