I'm not sure about everyone else's reviews, but Sam Hinson was amazing in mine, and my boyfriend's case. He never once stood there with a closed mouth. Coming from someone that's about to graduate in criminal justice I observed the lawyers in cases an seen he was the one I wanted. But that's my personal experience. And he's a very nice guy!

I would not recommend Sam Hinson at all! He scammed my family out of $8,000. He was supposed to represent my family member in court in a very serious case and he DID NOT SHOW UP TO THE COURT DATE. We haven’t heard from him since and he will not take any phone calls! Absolutely disappointed. I will definitely be filing a lawsuit.

Samuel Hinson was paid over $8,000 to represent a family member of mine in a very serious case. He ensured us that he would beat the case due to the fact that there was no evidence or proof against my family member. When he (Sam) arrived to the court date, he was over an hour late and he stated that he had never worked a case like the one we had before (which he never stated when we were getting ready to hire him). Since then, we can’t get him to answer or return ANY phone calls! We have been calling him for a month straight and he will not speak to any of us. He refused to stand up and speak for us in court and he never spoke to my family member (his client) before he left. If you are looking for good representation, do NOT hire Samuel Hinson. He can’t do anything for you that a public defender wouldn’t do. Save your money. You’d be better off representing yourself. We currently have an active lawsuit against him and he has been reported.

Unethical and unprofessional.

Very busy people. But very knowledgeable and affordable. Father and son office. Both seem most personable and educated in their field. Definitely 5 star rating for these guys.

Gee I can't even get them to return my phone calls ! I've sent paperwork and money to their office and made repeated calls and got NO reply Eighter they are VERY unprofessional or incapable of handling my case and are ashamed to say so.

Jack was a good attorney good job jack I appreciate everything you help us with and Tina was the best and patient secretary and we will miss y'all great work and I do highly recommend them to anyone

I've used both Jack and Sam. One time for a parenting plan modification and a couple times for me being sure when my business burnt. All three times I was very satisfied with the outcome. I will be back in the unfortunate event that I need them again.
