I would definitely not recommend hiring this attorney, I made the HUGE mistake of hiring him. He was always preoccupied by his phone and never seem to listen to anything I had to say, I also believe I was way over charged by the services he gave. He would never prepare for my case, I was honestly embarrassed that he was my attorney in court.

I have had the honor of working with Dustin, our corporate attorney, for the last two years. He has went above and beyond for our company and personal needs. He makes himself available whenever needed, and always makes sure we understand every step of the process. He is loyal, trustworthy, and An asset, if he’s on your side. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I wanted to file for divorce a couple of times but had been scared of the process. From the first consultation to the day my divorce was final I never felt alone. I was informed weekly of the status of my case and all questions were answered immediately. It truly cares about his clients well being and goes the extra mile even when he doesn't have to.

I can't help but believe that the above post are his personal friends or family members because it is not at all the way he is. I never take time to write reviews but In this case I don't want anyone to have to go through what I did. He was horrible. He is not attentive at all and is in general just a bad person. He does not care one bit to take your money and never put in any work and if you go to court once he keeps full retainer whether it's 2500 or 5000. If you choice to get him which really be a mistake don't pay him til you see his work. I have heard several complaints on him and my experience with him was a disaster. He is arugant and selfish and seems very preoccupied and unprofessional especially if you question anything he does.Get a different attorney.

I LEFT MY MENTALLY ABUSIVE SPOUSE IN NOVEMBER 2017....ALONE....NO MONEY...NOTHING....LEGAL AIDE WAS UNABLE TO HANDLE MY CASE DUE TO OVERLOAD....THEY REFERRED ME TO DUSTIN SMITH....KNOWING VERY LITTLE ABOUT ME HE SAID HE WOULD REPRESENT ME....I WAS FRIGHTENED TO GO OUT AFTER BEING A PRISONER IN MY HOME FOR 13 YEARS.....I HAD NO CHOICE I HAD TO MEET WITH HIM....THE MOMENT I OPENED THE DOOR TO THEIR LAW OFFICE I FELT SAFE....I WAS IN THE BEST PLACE I HAD EVER BEEN IN....AFTER BEING WITH HIM FOR SEVERAL HOURS....I REALIZED I HAD SOMEONE WHO BELIEVED IN ME AND WHO WAS THERE TO HELP ME AND PROTECT ME LIKE NO OTHER....THIS WAS IN FEBRUARY 2018.....HE AND HIS STAFF HAVE GONE BEYOND THEIR DUTIES TO MAKE SURE I HAVE BEEN SAFE .....AVAILABLE FOR ME ANY TIME DAY OR NIGHT....ALWAYS ALWAYS THEIR IF I NEEDED ANY OF THEM.....I AM HAPPY TO SAY AFTER 8 MONTHS.....I AM DIVORCED....DUSTIN IS ONE OF KINDEST, CARING ATTORNEY YOU COULD EVER WANT AS ARE MR. COLSON AND MR. MAXWELL....AS FAR AS THEIR SECRETARIES.....I WILL BEGIN WITH CHRISTA....SHE IS THE SWEETEST KINDEST CARING PERSON YOU COULD ME ALSO AVAILABLE FOR ME DAY OR NIGHT.....I COULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN THROUGH THIS WITHOUT HER. CARYN IS AS WELL ONE OF THE SWEETEST KINDEST AND CARING PERSON HELPING ME IN ANY WAY SHE COULD. THIS LAW OFFICE IS THE BEST YOU WILL EVER FIND IN TENNESSEE FLAT OUT HANDS DOWN.....IF YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY CALL THEM ...YOU WILL DEFINITELY KNOW WHERE I AM COMING FROM.

Dustin not only represented me during my divorce....he gave me back my life....he protected me.... he believed in me....he allowed me to stand my grounds for what I was desrving of....he supported me in every way imagineable.....he changed my life.....he gave me back the confidence I was stripped of .....he was dealing with a completely broken woman.....who was in need of help....destitute... broken....no belongings...no money....no self worth....shattered....he spent hours with me on our initial meeting.....writing down every word ....wanting nothing left out....listening to me .....and assuring me I was safe and protect from that moment on.....he was available for me day or night if I need him by way of email....I had nothing....he got me support as auickly as he could.....He worked as quickly as he could in getting my divorce....he lived yp to his every word with me....I cannot say enough about him....he will always be part of my new life he began it for me something I never thought could ever be possible....He will always have a place in my heart....Thank you Dustin......Kathy
