The worst lawyer in Nashville unless you have a petty crime or some petty like stealing That's not recommend no communication

I paid Paul $2500 in cash up front to represent my boyfriend. The first 2-3 court dates he sends someone else to represent him instead of coming himself. I didn’t pay any one other than him for his representation so I feel like he should have been there. My boyfriend was incarcerated at another facility and Paul knew this but instead of him doing his job and having his court date changed they charged my boyfriend with an FTA. Paul did not represent him at all. My boyfriend sent his case to the “big” court and after it was all said and done Paul comes to me after court and tells me that he could have beaten all the cases but then they would have just cam back with indictments on him and then that would be more money for bondsman to be bonded out…well he wasn’t worried when I had to put up another $1,500 bond for his FTA. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT EVER REFER HIM TO ANYONE WHAT SO EVER! I call him about my boyfriends FTA because it was supposed to have been dropped in small court but guess what it wasn’t and his exact words were” That’s the least of his worries.” Well guess what Paul Walwyn is the least of his worries now as he asked him for $7500 to represent him in big court…seriously…we wouldn’t let him represent us if he was the last attorney living because we would have been better off representing ourselves.
