The apt complex I rented from mailed this office a check for 500.00 as a returned deposit; they can't find it and never applied it to my balance. I went to the office to discuss, they could not locate my fax or Fedex package? The office is very unprofessional and there is no privacy. I've left numerous messages with no returns calls.

On 6/29/15, I gave my granddaughter a check to take to this office to pay an outstanding judgement due to the General Sessions Court. It is now 8/1/15 and the check still has not posted to the court site. How long should it take this office to send in a check to the court? Did they really ever send it?

They don't call you back and they are rude.
