Can someone explain how my sister is paying this attorney $2500 that promised to help her get kids back and will not return her phone calls...makes her feel like a deadbeat because she is a recovering addict who is now clean and working so hard to get her kids back. Can you even do that and EXPECT payment??...I am SO CONFUSED????...WHAT DO I NEED TO OBTAIN FOR ME TO HANDLE THIS ON HER BEHALF???

I paid Derek Green on 9/18/18 to handle a case for me. I have never received an update or even the courtesy of a call back. I have contacted them eight times since my initial visit 5 months ago and still nothing. Don't waste your time and money here.
