Had a traffic issue in Blount county while on vacation this summer and Andy Long came highly recommended from a local. I sent an email late Friday and he responded that night and answered all my questions. In the end I got a great result from Andy and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future! She is COMPETENT… Ms. Smith attended quickly to every detail of my case. and CONNECTED… Costner/Greene is well-respected in our community and she used her influence effectively on my behalf. The whole process appeared effortless to me, including an expungement of the charges against me.

Joe Costner has worked with my family for a very long time, and no not under the best circumstances. My father to be exact, but Joe had always seen the better side of my father and always shown his sincere care for him and my family..... At 22 years old it was my time to finally meet the great man that had always been there for my father because I had made a very honest and in the moment terrible mistake. That mistake could have cost me the very thing no one wants in their life, a felony. 5 felonies to be honest. All because of a simple but very serious mistake in a road rage incident. I met Joe in jail, absolutely terrified of what would happen. The very first thing Joe had asked me was how I was doing, physically and mentally. His number one focus was to make sure that I was okay and to assure me that he was going to do everything he could to get me out of there weather it be on bond or whatever the case was. And through our conversation that day he reassured me multiple times that he was already on it. Sure enough he was, he had me out of there in 7 days on an agreement with pre-trial release. He then told me that I needed to do anything they told me to do so that he could do his job and make the felonies go away.... To make a very long story somewhat short... That's exactly what he did. He had them dropped to two misdemeanors with the exception of probation. They dont call him "Let em go Joe" for nothin! Throughout my probation and pre-trial release Joe kept in contact with me making sure that I had everything I needed and was doing what I was supposed to do because he believed in me... Not to mention his amazing secretary Miss Linda! She is one of the sweetest and nicest people I've ever met, anytime I couldn't get ahold of Joe, she would relay any message immediately or do anything she could herself to get me the help I needed. Anytime I needed to go to the Costner & Greene office, their team was just so nice and so sincere I couldn't have asked for a better experience from an attorney and their office. At 23 years old and almost a year later I will forever be in debt to Joe and Miss Linda for everything they have done for me and my family. If I EVER need any legal help again, and with God's will I hope I don't. Though if I do, I will ALWAYS come to Costner & Greene! Thank you again so very much Joe and Miss Linda I can't say it enough! You Two and your team are the best around and I couldn't have asked for any better!❤️

The attorney that we consulted with was very helpful and we had made a decision to retain his services. As we came in the next day after discussing such we were met with extreme rudeness from the secretary in the front. As I told her I felt she was rude, there was no apology or regret, she just told me she was not rude and didn't understand what I was talking about. Not the type of attitude I want from the first face you see when you have to hire a lawyer. My apologies Mr Andy Long.
