I am very grateful for the level of care that Jennifer and her team demonstrated with me and my son during what was one of the most difficult times of my life. She is very thorough and professional in all she does. If you have met Jennifer, then you will understand that she is devoted to her craft and her clients. She is an amazing role model for any modern woman. I recommend her to you without reservation. In fact of have recently recommended her to a dear friend who also needed good counsel.

We had never had any real experience or interaction with an attorney, so I must confess to having been a bit apprehensive prior to our initial interview with Mr. Burton. He immediately put us completely at ease, and was really easy to talk to, as if we'd known him for years. Everyone that we've dealt with in this firm has been wonderful to interact with. I went to see Jenae Anderson at Burton & McKinnish about a divorce. After a bit of a rocky start due to a misunderstanding, she worked extremely hard on my behalf. And the office staff, especially Iris Harrison, paralegal, were outstanding. While I would not wish a difficult divorce on anyone, I would recommend Burton & McKinnish immediately.

I renewed my sons Parenting Plan........with a narcissist. Sounds easy? After being sued for the 4th time by this man, I hired Jennifer McKinnish. My BEST advise is to let her handle it. It took A YEAR, but Jennifer is at the TOP of her peers and she knows exactly what she is doing. I very HIGHLY recommend her. My son will be a better man one day because of the advise I received and heeded.

This is a review for Mr Burton. So grateful that I choose him as my first choice in obtaining Social Security benefits. He had faith in this case and even with a judge that does not easily award benefits, we won. He knows exactly how to conduct a hearing to maximize chances of winning a case. Absolutely grateful for him and his expertise in these types of cases. Very personable and supportive person. You will love him.

Mrs McKinnish was my second lawyer in my divorce. Unfortunately I didn't find her first and it cost me time and money . She was responded to my every email or phone call and during a time like this that was important to me . She didn't waste my time or money with a lot of meaningless meetings like some attorneys will do . She prepared ME for the worst but fought for the best . My results in court exceeded my expectations after the first attorney botched my case . A absolute yes as a recommendation .

Mr Burton , This is just a short not to say thank you for your help. At no time did I ever feel neglected or put off by your staff during this process. Everyone in your office were always helpful and never left my questions unanswered. Julia was exceptionally helpful and made the experience go much easier for me. I have known Ben and Jennifer for about 5 years now and immediately knew they were the right team for my family and our needs. Just recently I called and asked them to meet me in 30 minutes for a meeting that came up unexpectedly and they made it happen without any hesitation. Hands down, without question, the only choice for us!

Had a previous attorney who told me to settle my case without me even having visitation with my son. I went to Ms. McKinnish and thank the Lord everyday that I did. I now have my son most of the time and am the primary parent. My wife's attorney talked a big talk until Ms. McKinnish showed the attorney what we planned to do at trial. The other attorney caved the next day! Just put my son to bed in his own room down the hall from my own thanks to Ms. McKinnish

Ms. McKinnish handled my child custody case. I had had a bad experience with a local attorney and Ms. McKinnish came in and cleaned up my last attorney's mess. I ended up with custody of my boys because of Ms. McKinnish. She was kind and personable with me and my family but was a bulldog when we went to Court. Ms. McKinnish was great about explaining things to me in a way I could understand. I only wish she had been my first attorney and not my last so that I wouldnt have missed so much time with my boys.
