I had an outstanding experience with Chiozza Law Firm. Mr. Brian Chiozza who assisted me with a legal document I needed for a family member. He was professional, friendly, and understood my situation. He took the time to talk with me and understand the circumstances of my legal issue. Honestly, he lifted the weight off my shoulders. Within a couple of days, I had the legal document in my hand. Mr. Chiozza showed compassionate and that he cares about his clients. He answered all my questions, and I was very impressed with the high quality of service and quick turnaround time to deliver. I highly recommend Mr. Brian Chiozza and Chiozza Law Firm to anyone who needs assistance with a legal matter.

Brian Chiozza is the absolute BEST. I was sooo stressed during this whole court situation but he told me not to worry and that he would take care of everything. And he did just that! The communication was very open. It was never a time I didn’t know what was going on with my case. He showed up to every court date on TIME. He was just a pleasure. Hopefully I want need a lawyer again but if I do he will be the 1st and only lawyer I would call. Thanks Again Mr.Chiozza -ebony phillips

I ended up in Memphis kind of on a whim and tbh got myself into a situation I shouldn’t have. Not knowing anyone I just hit up google and found these guys to help me out. The initial form of contact was through texting, and on a weekend , but even then Brian specifically reassured me and told me that it would be taken care of. Now at the end of this it turned out that I got lucky in finding them.They got everything taken care of , and cleared up for me , in as painless a way as possible. I never felt judged or embarrassed , and they were responsive and helpful throughout the whole time. Just wanted to put this out there as a thanks to them , and if you need help and maybe don’t know anyone to go to in MeMphis, these guys are the real deal, and I’m glad that I landed into their hands. Can trust, recommended.

Had 2 serious moving violations called Chiozza hours before my 1st appearance without hesitation or upfront fees and he got it dismissed that day and same for the 2nd tkt the next day. Would definetly recommend to friends & family. Call'em you won't be disappointed.

I got my first speeding ticket back in February and contacted Brian Chiozza after being referred to him by multiple friends. Expressing my desire to not have it on my record, Brian was extremely patient, answered all of my many questions and made sure that I was aware of all of the possible ways it could be handled in court. He appeared in court on my behalf since I was out of town, and promptly communicated the outcome with me later that day. I'm so grateful for how easy and stress free Brian made this process, and would recommend him time and time again!!
