Was recommended this law firm after my car accident. Only thing I dislike is calling checking on my case just feel like I’m bothering someone but other than that I just hope it doesn’t take a long time to get my settlement.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Did what they said they were going to do and in a timely manner

The staff are decent but Mr Chiozza is very racist and no one should have to deal with that when you have hired someone for a service. Wouldn’t far use him again.

Brian Chiozza was recommended to me when I was searching for a lawyer. After telling the details, he immediately agreed to take my case. He gave me what I needed to do, and he handled the rest. My case was dismissed. I highly recommend them.

I found this law firm less than helpful. I don’t feel the settlement offered was any better by using them. Save your money and defend yourself or get another firm. I submitted tons of documentation and did a deposition, they did nothing to advocate, counter or helped my case, simply allowed me to do the paper work for which was to suppose prove my loses etc . I lost wages as a result of an accident & used their recommended health care provider, though it was not beneficial and I still have related issues. The other driver admitted she was at fault. They advertise less fees than others firms but still end up charging them in random fees such as documents etc . I would not recommend unless you don’t really have a case & just want money and are comfortable with the first thing offered.

I wish there was a negative star. This law firm is not professional, only calls is the ones I have made to them. I do not recommended this law firm to anyone. And it was a lot of pain with this accident that I'm still dealing with to this day more then 2 year later

This law office is horrible! They are not transparent with their clients, everything you want done you have to call, even to update you on your case. They don’t care about the people just the money.
