I am an active yet non-Attorney member of the Bar and very much appreciate the courtesy, efficiency, and warmth extended by the MBA leadership and staff. Ms. Newsome has been a great addition. I've known the rest of the crew for years and have benefited greatly from the relationship. I hope I have been able to even give a little in return. MBA"s focus on Access to Justice initiatives is particularly laudable. SSLAC has been going strong for ten years. Ms. Floyd and Mr. DeCandia's recent expungement initiative is another example of how well The Memphis Bar works together. I'm proud to be associated.

I hired Mr. Bostick and paid him a deposit but he never showed for my first court hearing on child support . The only thing he did was send a petition for child support to juvenile court.....and I learned from a worker at the juvenile court office that they actually have templates for petitions on their website so what did he really do that I couldn't do myself? The only time he called me was a few days before my court date to ask for more money but I was thinking what did you do with the hundreds I already paid you? He didn't inform me of any consultant fee ...I called made an appointment and I gave him a couple hundred as a deposit and on my court date he didn't show.....

I hired for a simple case and he did a good job.
