I had a pretty scary issue were i could lose eveything. David Mclaughlin was there and did eveything to sort out the issue in just a couple of meetings.He made me feel a lot better while he worked . I'd hire again.

I was stuck living away from my uninhabitable apartment for 2 months while they attempted, yet never completed repairs. They took my case no problem; and my attorney, Mrs. Nicole Smith is the kindest, hardest-working attorney I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Besides taking on my legal case; She has also shown compassion and interest in my quality of life during this time of transition. Mr. Mogy did not do good job handling my case at all. Would not return my calls, and finally sent me a letter stating he could not help me after 9 months of stringing me along. I talked to his receptionists and most of them never knew if he was evening coming into the office. He has an office but seems to never be in it. Does not return messages marked urgent. I was wondering at one point was I scammed and was he really a lawyer. Please use another lawyer!
