They admittedly told me my son case fell through the cracks because the intake person was fired and never put his case on the calendar. We found out at his court date. They also waited for me to call them (after them calling every two weeks for about a year) to say they have dropped my case, without cause or proper explanation.

You can’t really complain about free services but they help me write a response for my divorce because if you don’t respond within 30 days, the person filing automatically wins everything they’re asking for and that’s all they’ll do for you but they actually messed up and I’m the one that caught it I was getting ready to file it and I looked down read it and they were missing important information so I had to go back Get it redone notarized and take it back down to the courthouse. Otherwise he would’ve won if I didn’t notice it so they did a horrible job.

Mi caso es uno de los más sencillos y comunes en todo USA. Hace 9 meses tuve un accidente me comuniqué con ellos y al principio todo parecía ser muy rápido… hace 2 meses con exactitud me llamaron que mi cheque ya estaba casi listo y que iba a hacer enviado, el día de ayer después de 2 meses de esperar el cheque volví a llamar y al parecer fue cambiado por alguien más. La verdad no entiendo nada hoy volví a llamar y la representante que me contestó me dijo que todavía estaban esperando mi cheque con el ajustador, prácticamente una persona me dice algo y la otra me dice otra cosa. Alguien me podría ayudar a ver si todavía puedo seguir con mi caso o ya lo doy por perdido. Gracias.

You get what you pay for…The 25% they charge to represent you is not worth it…They are very rude and have lack of communication thur it all…Eric mogy spoke to me in a rude matter regarding my case…Go somewhere else PLEASE

By far the WORST Law Firm I ever have associated with. Mr Eric has been avoiding me for a whole month now. No calls no updates or anything. I have called every hour everyday they tell me the same thing. He gone or in court a that’s he going to call back. Then No response nothing this is very ridiculous.

First I want to say this company is unprofessional. They do not care about the client. I was told my case sent off to insurance a month ago .. just called for an update and was told it hasn’t been sent off yet. I was involved in my accident in march. Every time I have had to call. Whoever answers the phone has an attitude and no answers . If you are in a wreck I wouldn’t recommend. update: i still havent recieved my check it is now the end of august. i called only to be told the insurance company will take a month to mail them my check . another week for themselves to send off after . im doing a review everywhere so people can see the terrible experience i went and still going through. i literally was in my wreck in march
