I called 2 days ago about my children's settlements, and haven't heard anything back. I guess they mad from my last review, and I promise I don't want to communicate with y'all either but what you will do with is complete this case by providing my children's settlements. My children haven't received any correspondence following their settlements. I will call everyone necessary, when all I need to know is why my children haven't received mail about their settlements. They wouldn't take my case

My case was a small one, which the attorney reminded me. Because if that, there was a lack of communication and updating me on statuses. For the most part, if I didn’t take the initiative to reach out to them, I wouldn’t have updated information. I was asked if I was able to come into the office to sign settlement documents I informed them that I would. I didn’t hear anything back, so I contacted them. To my surprise I was told that the documents were overnighted without any notification....I didn’t receive them. Reached out to the firm again only to be informed that the documents got lost in sorting with FED EX and would be delayed. First of all, if they had allowed me to come into the office as I agreed when I was initially asked, that would’ve been avoided. Secondly, I wouldn’t have known that the package was delayed if I hadn’t reached out to them due to not receiving it overnight. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had with a so called professional business... I’m from Michigan, and unfortunately has seen this as typical business practices in Memphis. Very frustrating. If my case was a larger one, I feel things would’ve been handled more professionally.
