Do Not and I repeat Do Not use this lawyer. I was misrepresented from the beginning. I was running late to court on one of my court appearance and couldn't reach him and instead of contacting me he went before the judge and tried to have me locked up. I should fired him then but didn't know how to do any of that at the time. Also he never presented any of my evidence to the prosecutor. He did a very poor job in fighting for me in fact he Didn't fight for me at all!! And his response below to my review proves he can't be trusted because I was a client and not an employee?!?

If you read “ poor communication “ BELIEVE IT. I can’t sleep at night now from how much my case was handled without a care in the world. Decisions for my freedom, my life was made without me being there or even aware. My case was CONTINUOUSLY rescheduled without my consent. I was in the dark the whole time. Update 11/29/22 I bet you would say that. The one thing is true no you did not represent the name listed seeing that’s not my real name.

I was referred to McLaughlin law office (901Attorneys). Attorney Russell Jordan called me regarding a slip and fall case. Russell didn't have to pursue my case due to the company offering me a settlement, but he gave me very good advice. He is a very friendly and personable person. I would recommend Russell Jordan, he makes you feel very confident that he can get the job done.

My case’s took two full years to resolve yet Mr. Jordan, Esq. and staff as well as Mr. McLaughlin, Esq. did a great job of staying the course and communicating with me throughout the process. My experience with 901 Attorneys was nothing short of professional and helpful. From the time they received my case up until the case was resolved, my attorney Russell Wilson and his team were very hands on and intentional with my case. Going in to this, I was very unaware of the steps it took to conclude my case. However, Russell was very thorough and detailed when explaining what was needed from me and what he was willing to provide. He was also very patient with me whenever I had any questions. He did everything to ensure I got the best possible outcome given the circumstances of my accident. Russell also made me feel very comfortable during this process as he was very relatable and easy to talk to. Lastly, I couldn’t leave this review without highlighting how amazing and nice Mackenzie was in working with me to set my appointments and ensure I had all the proper paper work submitted in a timely fashion.
