Pam Blair is my friend, my customer, and my attorney. I am a general contractor and business owner. Pam has helped me in my business as an adviser and a "sounding board" for problems arising from various contractual issues. Pam has helped me solve several very different issues by "coaching me". She has been able to figure out solutions to my problems by simply advising me. As a result of this advisement, not only I have never been involved in a law suit, but I have been able to reconcile my issues in an amicable manner. To me, that is huge! I have witnessed Pam in court defending a friend of mine. I was a character witness for my friend while he was going through a divorce. During court I watched and listened to Pam site several points that illustrated that my friend was a good father and a hardworking man. Pam convinced the court that he was not at fault in his character nor in his ability to continue raising their children. Pam exhibited an air of fairness without hurting anyone and soon thereafter won the case.

Mrs. Pam Blair was assigned by my errors and omission carrier to my case. Boy was I lucky to get her. She worked diligently to obtain all the facts and realized early the case had no merit. She tried to settle the case but the other parties were unrealistic with their demands and expectations. In court, she was well prepared and very aggressive.
