I had a case handled in early 2016 that was wonderful. I told all my friends and family to use them.
Fast forward to November 2017 and the attorney assigned to this case has yet to close the case. Found out the original paralegal left the firm and the paralegal on the case appears to have stalled. Calls made by me have been met with pleasantries but no results.
I still appreciate Morgan and Morgan Memphis but be selected which attorney you use. Beware.

My case has been settled. My apologies to the firm for my rant.

I am satisfied with the outcome of my daughter's case. I gave 4 stars because I was rarely updated unless I contacted them and asked. Other than that, no complaints.

I felt like they did not try hard enough to get the settlement that my husband deserved. Never once did he ever meet his lawyer. The paralegal dealt with everything. Hard to reach on the phone, emails weren't better. Felts as if they just wanted to get paid. Fees where still charged when I myself sent them everything that was needed. How does someone charge mileage when there was no where to go ? They have in house mailing pick up so.. Don't believe the hype, go somewhere else where you can actually meet your lawyer.
