We went to Morgan and Morgan because they fight for the people. My wife had to have 4 surgeries because of a torn patella tendon from knee surgery in 2016. We really believe it is from her taking a statin drug. Morgan and Morgan said they weren't interested in the case. My wife is permanently disabled because of this. They wouldn't even tell her why they wouldn't take the case. One phone call and we were turned away by them. Their ads are a bunch of bull!

I am still waiting to hear from you all now about my case but no complaints everything takes time

Well Mr Lee hasn't really talked to me about how much we going to get or what all the case supposed to be he just started on it and he just working on it so he eventually will tell us what everything else and what we need this is Miss Stephanie long I'm the one that's over my mom's case I wish everybody will stop calling asking to talk to her when she's already gave permission for me to be over her case if y'all have any answers or questions about her case please call me thank you

Yes this is NOT the firm you want to deal with, I contacted them and spoke with their consultant and informed him on a recorded call that I refused service from the fire department at the time of my accident due to the fact that I thought I wasn't hurt but 2 days later the pain in my shoulder and neck from the seat belt was unbearable so I went to the urgent care and was given all kinds of pain meds and setup for physical therapy but Morgan and Morgan had me to cancel it and go with who they setup but the day of they canceled it and didn't inform me about it and says it was because I told my insurance company I didn't feel like I had gotten hurt, same as I told them ...Choose someone else because Morgan and Morgan isn't it.

I'm still confused about how the process works.

Despite leaving messages for updates for the Memphis location since April 2023, to have the attorney handling ******* ****** vs. ***** give us a call, it has yet to happen. Even more so had I known going in that the fee is 40% of recovery I would’ve chosen Chiozza at 25% There are many smaller, responsive, reputable law firms here in Memphis, TN. I’m definitely regretting my decision. I can only hope and pray that it doesn’t bite me in the butt.

I am doing physical therapy now at Sports Plus once and twice a week. These are the pictures from my phone. As you can see they had to put towels down because it was a lot of water coming through the windows.
