Thank you Mrs. Sheila Lindsey!

I inquired about a current EEOC charge of discrimination case I am handling for my partner. A good portion of the work they would normally do has already been done. Over the course of a week I spoke with Maggie about the case. For most of that week I didn't hear anything back from her after she said she would speak to someone at the firm. I understand people get sick but given that the first call I received was from someone else at the firm, she could have transferred it to them when she allegedly got sick. She claimed the lawyers didn't have the time for the case because of the high turn around... I did my part and responded in a timely manner but now I'm out of more of my time trying to find representation for my case. Of course now I can't get their misleading ads to stop popping up on my phone, computer, and anything associated with my Google account. Very disappointed, and the fact that she said she was going to email me some contacts that they believe would have the time for the case and never did speaks volumes.

You have to constantly call them. They don't keep you up to date with your case unless you call or text them. Everytime I have had to text or call them to find out what's going on with the case, or what's the hold up in your case. I'll just be glad when it's done, it's been months!! Next time I will be going back to Corey B. Trotz. He didn't play or take all year.

Philip Oliphant was my attorney. He was very respectful and honest. In a miraculously short period of time I was extremely well prepared for my deposition. There were no surprises when it came to billing. All the paperwork was made available to sign via email, which was easy to navigate and convenient.
