I contacted the Crone Law Firm on a Sunday and the very next business day, someone from their office reached out to me and they immediately began working on evaluating my case. Within two days of me contacting their office, I had a video conference scheduled with a member of the team where I received feedback on my case. After the initial video conference, I was able to give Mr. Crone a call whenever I had any concerns or additional questions that needed to be addressed. Overall, as a someone who did not have prior experience interacting with lawyers or law firms, I felt very comfortable asking my questions and I felt that I was receiving thoughtful guidance throughout the process. I had a great experience with this team and law firm and I would recommend them to anyone that may require their services.
