A merry go round of attorneys representing and leaving my case with zero communications to myself the client. The firm actually had the audacity to charge me for them writing me a welcome aboard letter. You the reader can determine whether I'm of unrealistic expectation or not on that. I don't think I should have to pay them to write me a letter to say we're glad to be on your team to me as a business owner that's a cost of them doing business that I should not have to pay for. Then, the lead attorney under Mr Crone got pregnant, and while I have empathy / sympathy for her difficult pregnancy was on a leave of absence and the remaining firm allowed my case to languish and receive zero attention while providing zero communications to myself the client. The second chair attorney, apparently left the law firm and as such my case and I was never informed. Another attorney was assigned and I was never allowed to interview them or approve them however I did have to pay to bring them up to speed and for their appearance letter and once again that individual disappeared with no communications to me. All in all, two years and $50,000, I always had money in their escrow account to represent me, and Mr Chrone serves me a motion to withdraw without a meeting to explain. I did however have multiple occasions during his 2-year representation where I pushed to have motions to compel the opposing party to execute whatever legally obligated actions to litigate our case we're necessary only to have the Crone law firm threaten to quit if I pushed for the court to enforce the Civil Court rules. When I offered him the opportunity to withdraw with my approval, I simply asked for him to assist me in finding a replacement counsel. Two of the council he referred me to had been sanctioned by the bar. One of which was sanctioned for embezzling clients funds. To say that my personal opinion is to have him and his firm disbarred would be a major understatement. To say that it is my personal opinion that he failed to execute any fiduciary responsibility he obligated himself too when he agreed to represent me and accept my money in exchange for his expertise and actions is also a major understatement.

Crone Law Firm is my go to. This was an excellent experience that got resolved in a timely manner. I greatly appreciate Mr. Philip Oliphant for handling my case. Maggie thank you so much for welcoming me and helping me with all the information I didn't know. I'll highly recommend The Crone Law Firm office to anyone without any hesitation. Thank you guys.

So very disrespectful, unprofessional, rude and they can't follow the simplest instructions. First, they called during a time when I specifically informed them that I wouldn't be available. Second, the representative repeatedly referred to me as Y'all. I had to stop her to ask, Who is Y'all? The individual that I spoke with made sure to explain that "Y'all" need to understand that you're paying for a professionals knowledge. As if I didn't understand that I was contacting an attorney's office. It's a "NO" for me.

The staff was very friendly and kind. Mr. Philip made this experience so easy. He called and explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understand the next step. He worked very hard on my case. I highly recommend Crone Law Firm. He showed concern and compassion about my personal feelings. Ms. Maggie was extremely nice and very helpful. When my case was finish, I even received an appreciation gift. I love them! Once again, they are highly recommended! Very professional.
