Horrible.Horrible.Horrible These reviews must be old or something because this is the most unprofessional and arrogant attorney I’ve ever met. If I could rate 0 I would. Didn’t do ANYTHING to help me even had me show up to court on the wrong day. What a waste of time any money. If you’re looking for a good attorney who really cares about you and your situation and is willing to fight you please DONT waste you time with this guy.

I spoke with Mr. Horne and he was very helpful

They had a lady call me claiming she works for the claims department for the person I had an accident with insurance and she was going to get me in physical therapy. I said ok and she sent a document that was suppose to be for physical therapy but it was actually an agreement paper for me to let them be my attorney. I was skeptical about filling out the paper but the lady said it was only for physical therapy. After I spoke with my insurance I was told I didn’t have to talk to anyone outside of my insurance so I told the lady from Attorney Horne office I did not want a lawyer for anything. She swore up and down they was not a law office and she was only in the claims department for the other person. Fast forward a week later another woman calls me saying I need to do my interview. I’m like I’ve already did my interview with my insurance. She says you shouldn’t be doing interviews without your attorney. I said I don’t have a lawyer. She said mam you signed the paper for us to represent you. I said the lady said that was in the claims department for me to go to physical therapy. I do not want a lawyer. I don’t need you to represent me. She gets an attitude saying I need to send an email saying I no longer need them. The email did not work but I will be calling to confirm. I don’t appreciate them lying to me but that’s Memphis anyway 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
