Really not happy with this law firm. Fighting a disability case and never got a lawyer. I was issued a case manager. The case manager never answers her phone calls and if she does, it takes her 2 weeks to call me back. Now I have to start my case over. Because she didn't set my appointment back up in a timely manner, so disability went ahead and denied my case.

Great so far

After being flooded by 85,000 commercials no matter where we are in the country, finally decided to call. Newsflash, they are not the accessible family that they claim to be, not even close. They don't let you talk to anyone with any knowledge about anything before going through a script reading data entry person who of course constantly uses the phrase "in this case" not having anything to do with a legal case. They've clearly farmed their customer service people somewhere else in the world. They want to take all of your personal information and then claim that someone will call you back. I understand that they can't just connect you to someone that gives you legal advice, that's not what I was asking for, I just wanted 2 minutes of general information about a class action lawsuit that's all over their website, but of course this guy had never even heard of it but kept claiming that I had the right department. Nothing but frustrating

I was rear ended on the express way lost control over my vehicle and hit the wall while my two minors and myself who is also pregnant was in the car. The driver is lying stating I switched lanes and couldn’t stop in time going 40mph in a 65mph zone and that’s way she hit me. I did not I was already in the lane but there aren’t any cameras in the area. I have a police statement that says she’s liable and only the the women who hit me got the ticket. My car is totaled my children and I was injured and I was told it was her word against mine. I feel like I wasn’t fought for I barely heard from anyone on the team. Only Once a day. I just feel like they wasn’t fighting for me at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I called to complain and the representative agreed with me and told me personally I should get another lawyer from another law firm

No one contacted me for 39 days no kind of assistance of rentals

Not good misleading . Lead me on for a month claiming not enough prove . What a joke!
