Some people are rude when they answer the phone. One attorney didn’t even thoroughly review my case. She just sent a letter saying that my case was closed. I have been waiting on a supervisor to contact me since December.

Mogy Law is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with they treat your case like there is no urgency i have waited a whole 6 months no calls no updates unless I called. Then when my check finally gets there I’m told the lawyer was out of town for the week and no one else In the office could send it out but him so while he’s on vacation using the money he got from my case I’m just at home waiting on him to come back into the office and if you call them to much they will stop answering. When I originally got the call from mogy I was never told this case would drag out this long. I was told oh yeah this is a straight and narrow case it should only take a couple months a couple is 2 it took 7 during the time I couldn’t work image trying to survive 7 months with no job and a lawyer who does care I would never use this law firm again since mogy wasn’t the one in the car accident it was urgent to him your just another case file on his desk. Then when they finally sent the settlement the called to verify my address and still sent it to the wrong address which caused delay in me getting it

Need a lawyer?? Attorney Henderson is by far the absolute best! I contacted her office frantic, confused, and a bundle of nerves but by the time I finished my conversation with Ms. Amia Thompson I was at ease. Calming me down and getting the facts of my situation was her priority. The fees involved were not even discussed until she was sure I was 'okay'. When I was told about the costs involved I was thrilled because I was sure it would be much, much more. Professional, Accommodating, and Genuinely Concerned are just a few things I can say about the Law Offices of Jocelyn Henderson. They are the GOAT.
