Jack was amazing from the very first time we spoke. He eased any worries we had and assured us he would take care of us and he did just that! Case was dismissed with no court cost or fines! Covid prolonged the process but Jack made sure to always maintain communication . My family is forever grateful for you . If you want the job done right , you have to have Jack! 100/10 definitely recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Mogy law firm did to my knowledge the best of there abilities to assure that I got what was needed after my accident, even though it’s been a couple months I’m happy that they helped me out and made this process for me easier

No good service

I paid her a $3k retainer fee trying to go with someone that looked like me and would hopefully have my best interest at heart. Wrong very wrong. She was late for every appointment or had to reschedule. She was hours late for court appearances. Her assistant was great but Joselyn had no plan to help me and kept giving me the run around until my ex finally sold my home from underneath me without her even informing me. A complete waste of time, money, and resources. Save yourself the trouble stick to someone else she does not care about you just getting your money.

This office hasn’t done anything but open a claim for me. I was hit from behind 2 weeks ago and the other driver’s insurance company isn’t trying to accept liability. Meanwhile, my car hasn’t been repaired and I’m making chiropractor visits and this office is telling me to file an uninsured motorist claim through MY insurance. What is the point of having an attorney if they’re not going to fight on my behalf?? I’m constantly reaching out to them to get information. Not a single person from this office has called ME. I was told last week that someone named Scottie would be calling me last week…It’s a new week and still crickets. Next time, I’ll follow my first mind and go with the Reaves law firm. Or Morgan & Morgan. Seems like they fight for their clients unlike Mogy 👎
