I was represented by Claire O. King at the Gold Law Firm and I was very pleased with the way she handled my case. I was in a car wreck and did not know how to deal with the insurance company. I felt so comfortable working with the Gold Law Firm. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my case. They worked VERY hard to get me all that I deserved. I would HIGHLY recommend the Gold Law Firm if you are in a car wreck.

I have consulted with David Gold on multiple matters. He is very responsive -- which is an extremely valuable (and rare) feature in a quality attorney. In addition to an remarkable knowledge of many diverse areas of the law, David utilizes a positive, reasonable approach which enables successful resolution of difficult cases.

I own a support business so know all the key Memphis players in the PI-Auto negligence arena. Mr. Gold stands out. He has pluck, intellect, and street smarts. He works hard for his clients. He will go to trial. Insurance companies know those lawyers who don't and shave their settlement offers accordingly. Not Mr. Gold.

I was very pleased with the way that David Gold handled my case. The insurance company for the other driver was very difficult to work with. David Gold filed a lawsuit and the case settled for just under policy limits. I would highly recommend the Gold Law Firm to anyone who is in a car wreck.

David and his associates are great! My accident occurred in Memphis and I live in Nashville but that that was not a problem for David as he handled my case exactly as it should be handled. My experience with the Gold Law firm was very easy and hassle free. They got me the money I was promised and it was within a short time period. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney and I definitely recommend the Gold Law firm to anyone who has been in anew accident.
