Let me be the first to say that this is the worst law firm I ever had experience with. Lack of communication & really is involved with the insurance company personally, like a conflict of interest. I dealt with this attorney name Tyler & he is the worse. I was in a trucking accident in October of last year an he set me up for physical therapy treatment a week after the accident just to call me yesterday to tell me that he is not going to be able to sue the insurance company. You get me all the way to this point just to say this. Talking about not enough damage to the car! What’s about damage to my body? If you are not dang near dying then it will be hard for them to take your case. I give the a 0 star if I could. Please if you guys could try anyone else besides these people. They work to close with the person of the insurance company an that’s not good if they are close friends who call each other by their first names..

The after math of being in a car accident is not fun at all. Insurance, medical bills, mechanics it’s so much. Thank goodness for Michelle Roark , while still being professional she was so kind, explain things to me, returning phone calls and emails quickly. I would highly recommend the entire staff at Gatti, Keltner, Bienvenu, & Montesi to all my friends and family .

Brad Spicer represented us in a car wreck claim where we were hit by an uninsured driver. I highly recommend this law firm based on my experience, but particularly Brad since he worked directly with us. He even adjusted his fee to maximize our payout from the claim. This is a much better experience than I thought it would be, but realize claims do take time. Be patient and work with them during the process - overall they were responsive to calls and emails with our questions and updates.

Shannon did a fantastic job representing me. His work allowed me to focus on physical therapy. Without GKBM, I was being pressured by the insurance companies to close my claim and end my PT. Thanks to Shannon, I received the treatment that I needed and the responsible parties were held financially accountable.

Brad was awesome he was very informative and very helpful throughout the process. He made everything less stressful and got me a nice settlement! Great work!
