My case was a small one, which the attorney reminded me. Because if that, there was a lack of communication and updating me on statuses. For the most part, if I didn’t take the initiative to reach out to them, I wouldn’t have updated information. I was asked if I was able to come into the office to sign settlement documents I informed them that I would. I didn’t hear anything back, so I contacted them. To my surprise I was told that the documents were overnighted without any notification....I didn’t receive them. Reached out to the firm again only to be informed that the documents got lost in sorting with FED EX and would be delayed. First of all, if they had allowed me to come into the office as I agreed when I was initially asked, that would’ve been avoided. Secondly, I wouldn’t have known that the package was delayed if I hadn’t reached out to them due to not receiving it overnight. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had with a so called professional business... I’m from Michigan, and unfortunately has seen this as typical business practices in Memphis. Very frustrating. If my case was a larger one, I feel things would’ve been handled more professionally.

This service was amazing and professional . I loved how they will take the time out to help you with your case as much as possible . They WILL DO what’s best for you and they keep you updated on your case so you will never be lost on what’s going on . The client care patient specialist was very professional and patient . I will definitely recommend to many more people .

My daughter was in an accident September 24, 2017. In the beginning everybody made us feel welcome. Phone calls every other day and so on. We mainly spoke with a paralegal name and she was very nice. This friendliness was all in 2017. However, January of this new year I spoke with an attorney that was working on her case(can't remmember his name becuse this was my first and only time speaking with him it's one the attorney that first initial is J). This man said to me (we discussing her amount) WHAT UR DAUGHTER WILL RECEIVE HE CAME BACK AND SAID NALL WHAT U WILL RECEIVE. Yes I was offended because he made it seem like I need my daughter's money. Even after all of that we have not heard anything from these ppl since January. Have I called yes and no one has return any of my calls. They are always in a meeting.

Very unprofessional. I have called for several weeks no one has returned my calls and I keep getting is the intake department and all they can do is take messages. Mind you i haven't heard anything from anyone since the end of August here it is October. Horrible Service.
