I can personally say attorney Ellen has really went above and beyond to assist us in winning a case that seemed hopeless. This was a reconsideration of an appeal, after SS had terminated my daughter's benefits when she graduated from high school. My daughter has autism as well as schizophrenia and other mental and medical issues. The social security administration did not care & turned her down because she was under 22 and they said she could work. They sent her to their so called "experts" who did not take the time to actually evaluate her and see what was actually going on. When we went to court Mrs. Ellen made them give an account and asked very detailed and specific questions regarding how their evaluations were conducted. She also examined what type of testing they did on her. She questioned the validity of the test results as well as the credentials of the "experts". She did not back down. She then presented our evidence as well as medical statements from people who have actually dealt with my daughter on several occasions, as opposed to the "expert" who only saw her for a few minutes in his office. She stuck to the facts and not opinions. She knows what she is doing. I highly recommend this firm. The best advice I can give anyone is to have your paperwork and supporting documents ready because the attorney will thoroughly examine them and review the medical records. This is to your benefit. Because she is going to give you honesty and advise you in your best interest.

Billy and his staff are 2nd to none. Took my case and handled everything for me. Great communication and results, could not have been happier. Most honest firm I have delt with. Highly recommend.

Responsive, but this is just another in the long list of money-hungry “law firms” in this area that will only provide assistance if it benefits them financially. “Ambulance chasers”, as they are called. There’s nothing wrong with that, i guess, but it does say a lot about the professionalism/integrity of the “lawyers”. They’re looking out for their bottom line and you’ll be treated accordingly.

Ruchee Patel with Donati Law has always been great for me. Absolute professional and a pleasure to work with. She is a great addition to the team at Donati Law, she does traffic citations, criminal defense, DUI defense, personal injury, employment, workers comp, civil rights, immigration, veterans, and social security/disability. They are very lucky to have her there.
