Prompt, professional, and won my case!

“Thought” this was the best route in whom to use for handling my SSD case. I had waited 3 years to be presented at ALJ level, Robert miss communicated my case prior to miss a virtual hearing then 8months later a in-person finally happened. I now believe that when people mentioned SSA lawyers take on as many clients because “some get approved” so why not take them all, at a chance of a %$ win. Not giving a one star for SSD denial but more so the lack of effort , time, resources, and hope that I wasted in assuming this being the best choice. Multiple red flags in this process.

They denied my case for whatever reason. I never got to speak with anyone except their receptionist. Took them over a week to let me know if they were going to take my case or not, and I had to call them and find out bc they never called me back to let me know.

I wish I was able to give negative stars bc this is the worst experience I've ever had dealings with a lying double talking crook in a suit that is not even fit to hold the title and not to mention is not a trial lawyer he has lied to me for over a year to get my business then he told me and my witness it would take over 2 years to get a court date for a hearing just pitiful when Robert Donati could have told me that up front when I told him I wanted to go to trial.
