Have only been with this firm a month and it’s been terrible. I met with credit counseling today she was talking so fast I couldn’t even ask question. The process from the beginning been a rush and the price was to high. I’m not pleased with the service

Mr. Hurst was/is upfront and did not hold anything back nor did he sugarcoat anything but very professional and you leave his office feeling at ease. Front staff very friendly; however dealing with I think his name was Bruce or Bernard (start with a B) I did not like dealing with. He was rude and he speaks to you any kind of way; very sacrastic If the other part of this office was not friendly he would have been the reason I left.
