Don't waste your time

I reached out to this firm when I was openly discriminated against on my job. They only communicate via email and text. I requested that someone call me to explain the process before I pay money to retain them as my representation. Initially they stated I had a case, then because I had not paid a retainer fee without speaking to someone, they then stated that I didn't have a case and they would not represent me. I am glad that they were able to help some people, but that certainly has not been my experience. It just added on to what is already a stressful situation.
