I have been doing business with John Dunlap for a long time. He is available when I have questions and knows that my time is important.The new people working in his office are nice and efficient.

No one was ever in the office when I was told to come in. They did't obtain necessary paperwork in time for court and overall they were no good.

Attorney John Dunlap is certainly a cut above the rest! In my 31 years as a career woman, I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with many attorneys but in October 2019, I was blessed with the opportunity to meet Attorney John Dunlap. I was going through one of the most distressing times in my life. I had just has a multilevel disc fusion on my back and my Long Term Disability insurance made the decision to stop paying me 2 weeks before my surgery in August 2019. I was left with zero income, bill collectors calling day and night and still trying to recover from a very difficult and painful surgery. I called Attorney Dunlap to see if he would file my appeal for me. He patiently listened to my situation and set up an appointment. When I got to his office, I didn't have to wait to see him. He graciously met me at the door. Attorney Dunlap was extremely caring, compassionate, and empathetic. He was very humble and treated me with such respect. At no point was he consumed with outrageous fees or charges. His only concern was making sure that he could assist in making me a whole person again. At one point, I looked at his face and could feel the genuineness and love that he has for helping people. Tears began to stream down my face as I knew that I had made the right decision to work with Attorney Dunlap. He immediately went to work on my appeal and in 3 weeks, Attorney Dunlap had won my appeal and 2 days after that, my full back pay was deposited into my checking account. I could only throw up my hands and thank God for being so merciful and gracious and for the awesome and outstanding work of Attorney Dunlap. Attorney Dunlap is truly a servant to the clients that he represents. I thank him so much and will always remember his kind and loving spirit. I highly recommend Attorney Dunlap to any and everyone that is in need of Attorney services. He will always be my first choice!

Attorney John Dunlap is the best disability ATTORNEY in MEMPHIS he helped my brother who has been disabled since a child continue to receive his benefits. They were trying to cut him off for years saying he wasn’t disable when in fact he still is I reached out to Attorney Dunlap he started working on the case right away. His paralegal Pete was sooooooo helpful he worked to help us get everything we needed for court he kept us updated I mean they were soooooo good. Attorney Dunlap showed up on time for court went over everything with us he is sooooo friendly he answered every question we had for him he made us feel so good. We knew we were going to win with him!!!! He went in that court room and did his JOB!!!!!! We can’t thank him enough. We will always use him. Thank you again Attorney Dunlap for beating my brother battle with SSI we are forever thankful for you!

John's staff gets it done quickly and they explain everything well.

If I could leave no stars, I certainly would! For starters, that office is so unprofessional, and very unorganized. The day my court date came, Mr Dunlap did NOT show up for court. He never once called and advised he would not be there, and he instead had a rinky attorney come up to me and state he would represent me. My case contained so many errors, that the trustee had to continue my case TWICE! After repeated calls, I was finally able to contact Dunlap and express how upset I was about him not showing for court. He had several excuses, and even tried to lie as if he had a family emergency. Lin and Pete, both continued to ignore my concerns about creditors continuing to call me. Soon after, my boyfriend got a garnishment. This was never suppose to happen. We are currently in the process of trying to fix this matter ourselves, when we paid an attorney to do this. Mr Dunlap volunteered to give me some of my money back on March 23, 2019, and there is a video recording to prove this. When I references the video, he sent a text and told me not to contact his office again! After he has gotten my money! I am filing a complaint the BBB, as well as reporting his unethical practices to the bar!
