Went in for initial consultation and for starters, the "receptionist" was not professional at all, dressed as if she was going to the gym or going walking. I was not informed that an attorney would speak with me, she just went back to her conversation with another person about different languages and dialects, I spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge my being there, not to mention I was in serious pain from sitting. I ended up walking out.
