I hired Bryan Smith from an recommendation from another attorney who said he was amazing. Bryan, isn’t about getting the first offer and moving on. He fought for the best settlement I could get with my car crash. He kept me in the loop on what was going on every step of the way. I spoke w/Tim who immediately got matters moving. Tim was very responsive throughout the entire process & the case was handled with great professionalism. Attorney was recommend to me from a friend. I reached out and spoke with paralegal. Sent photos via email and everything and never heard back after she said she received. Send follow up email and no response. I would not recommend this law firm based off of this alone. Can’t even let me know if you can help me or not. Poor customer service.
