I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME OF MY CASE,AS WELL AS THE SERVICE OF THIS FIRM.

I have no complaints except the paralegal (megan) I had was not through at all. I had to constantly call about my case that I had in October 2018, every time I called I had to tell her about my case and also what we discussed on the previous call or email. I would not recommend this paralegal at this firm. But all in all finally once all information was turned in to the lawyer by the paralegal my case went pretty fast and finalize within two weeks.

I wasn't going to review this company. I hate putting negativity out into the world. However, overnight delivery is the straw which broke the camel's back. I would never use this "law firm" again. I paid to have my check overnighted (not cheap) because through regular mail it would've showed up while I was out of town. I'm now two days into the "overnight" delivery and it's looking as though it will show when originally expected lol. Tracking through FedEx reveals the package was not in Fedex's possession until late the night of April 4th. I gave NST money early afternoon on April 3rd after being assured that if I did this, I would get my check by 2pm April 4th. Fedex didn't get the package until nearly 10pm April 4th.That sums up our entire experience with these people. Spoke to a lawyer twice throughout the entire six month period. Most communication was done through a lazy, unprofessional, and uncommunicative paralegal. DO NOT use this firm unless you enjoy being frustrated. Oh, and they completed negotiations without contacting us until the "top and final" offer was made. A low offer we accepted mostly because we were just done with this experience.
