When we had our wreck in October 2017 on a Friday that Saturday we called NST and by Sunday someone came out to the home to answer any questions we had and to begin the process. Once the process begin you didn't have to call them wondering and asking questions about the status of your case, because they kept you informed. If by chance you did have questions for them if you called and left a message someone was sure to call you back within 24 hours. Everyone one that handled our case was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If you ever in need of legal services I would recommend NST.
