I am glad that I chose NST. Rachel Cohen was outstanding! I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism shown to me by her and Eileen Arceneaux. Eileen went above and beyond any expectations I had. She made me feel I was the most important person the firm represented. Eileen walked me through all of the paperwork and processes to ensure sure I was comfortable in my understanding. It is not common to find a person with the skill and work ethic of that caliber. Glen and Mark went above an beyond to prepare our case, keep us in the loop and accomodate our busy work schedules. They were passionate about our case and made it personal from day one. They explained, in detail, each step of the process that got us to a maximum settlement without going to court, but with every intention of doing so. I would reccomend them to anyone who has been in an accident, especially if you were not at fault like us.
