Great professional service out of all the attempts to reaching out to other attorneys who never given me a chance to explain about my situation regarding the situation with my recall on the phillips cpap and bi pap machine recall in fact said that i did not have a case! this company gave me a chance to explain my situation, and hopefully will be able to make a case for me! have been using this product for years and wasn't notified by the company or anything until a couple months after this recall! since using this machine I ended up having a heart attack and constantly had upper respiratory infection and I had been diagnosed with a situation that requires me to have to use the machine with oxygen at night or else i could die! Sadly i had to purchase a new machine out of pocket because The company was not willing to work on getting me a new machine and the company has a back up for several months!
