USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you are dealing with any deal under $50,000 I caution you to use at your own risk. They will put you to the back of the line, not respond to anyone of your calls, keep your deals in escrow for 4+ months and then email you and say they have to give the buyers EMD back. I’ve lost two deals thanks to them. They respond VERY little and DO NOT keep you in the loop and let you know what’s going on only to tell you they have to give the EMD back to the buyers and not in advance so you can help your deals get moved.
