I worked with 3 folks at the firm - Baker Yates, Thomas Greer and Jessica Balli. first of all they returned my call on NY's day - who does that? each individual was so kind, knowledgeable and more than willing to help. the personal touch ensured me they truly care.

Had a wonderful experience dealing with a less than ideal situation after being rear ended and injured.
