Mr. Gordon was very professional and a kind man also. He took the necessary steps to ensure that everything was well taken care of in regards to my case which was due to a car accident. I was worried that the insurance company of the lady who hit me, would not pay me for my pain and suffering because they were such a small company. However, Mr. Gordon made sure they paid and paid well, I must say. I’d recommend he and his assistants to anyone! They are great team & will definitely get the job done.

I hired Mr. Gordon after my car was totaled by a guy with Geico insurance. Geico wouldn't even return my phone calls, so I had very little confidence they would pay the hospital bills. Mr. Gordon is obviously very intelligent and knowledgeable about his profession. His intelligence is obvious, in part, in those he chose to hire. His staff is very professional yet friendly. Their internal process is clear and consistent - and was obviously conceived to ensure clients receive the care and communication they deserve. Mr. Gordon and his staff communicated processes and potential expectations clearly.

After your initial consultation, you'll NEVER speak to David Gordon again. The secretary's job is evidently to screen calls by relevance, problem is, I sometimes needed HIS advice and not the advice of the phone queen. Mr. Gordon is extremely nice, patient, listens..but the girl who answers the phone needs some lessons on tact.

David and his staff were extremely helpful in handling our case. They were in constant contact and frequently called just to check on how we were doing. They handled everything promptly. Due to extended medical treatment our case was lengthy, but David never wavered in his attention to our case. I was VERY satisfied with his representation and would highly recommend his services to anybody that inquired.
