I am a physician on J1 and I used this law firm for my j1 waiver application. This process is usually a very tedious process however Meghan Moody and her team especially Jackie made the process seamless. Their attention to details was above par and I passed through the process without any request for further evidence. They also have a special way to fast rack the process as my application was approved at approximately 1/2 the median time required in each step. In addition, I am naturally a very anxious person and I usually ask a lot of questions. In the past some lawyers I have worked with didn't have the required patient to reply to concerns, however Meghan and Jackie were both very patient, pleasant and respectful. They answered all my questions promptly and optimally. I will unreservedly recommend them to anyone interested in the j1 to h1b waiver process.

It was a pleasure working with Ari and Jessica to get my marriage based green card. The process began with an initial phone call where Ari explained to me the entire process in great detail. He was able to answer some of my very specific questions around my current immigration status and around the documentation needed to successfully file the petition. After that Jessica took over the paperwork part and was excellent throughout the entire process. She is really caring and very thorough with her work. She was quick to respond to my question no matter how silly they maybe. Along the way some immigration laws changed but Jessica and Ari were quick to bring those up if they impacted my case. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and I would love to work with the same team in the future for any immigration needs.
