I needed to set up a trust with my new husband to make things easier for our mix of adult + teenage children in the case that something were to happen to either of us. Lonnie and his staff have an efficient process to take a couple like us through the steps, patiently explaining (and re-explaining) all the legal implications. I spoke with Andrew about intercountry adoption. First, this lawyer is extremely brilliant and has an excellent command of immigration law. Like other lawyers i have dealt with he is not interested in asking you to come into the office and charging you a consult fee. If he can help you over the phone he will. This alone was very impressive to experience. He took time over the phone and explained complex immigration law in very simple terms that i could understand.I did not feel rushed even though he was doing this for free and basically gave me almost an hour of free information. From my experience with him, He came across as very honest. He is the first lawyer that i met that is extremely knowlegable in immigration law, generous with his time and honest. This is a rare combination. I have recommended him to friends and family and if i ever need an immigration attorney he will be my go to lawyer.

Andrew worked for my wife and I to get my status adjusted. I was very nervous and had so many questions at the beginning of the whole process, but Andrew answered all of my questions, eased my nerves, and made sure we were well prepared throughout the entire process. I hired Andrew back in August of 2020 to help process a Spousal Visa for my husband who lived in Dominican Republic. Andrew, from the beginning, was detailed in explaining how the entire process worked, any obstacles that could arise , and possibility of an extended case due to the pandemic. The entire process was short of 2 years, but Andrew made it seamless. He was available any time we needed him or had questions, he was also there to provide emotional support when I became impatient or frustrated with certain requests from UCIS or the NVC. In preparation for UCIS, NVC, and our interview Andrew made sure we were prepared by explaining what exactly we needed to provide and the why behind it.
