Burdette Law Firm is soooo rude. I asked to schedule a conversation because I didn't understand the divorce process, and the below was their response. The response was over the top and unnecessary. It could be just me, but I read a lot of adittude, a bit of sugar, and a broken wrist.. lol.. This company is grossly unprofessional, and I hope they get everything they deserve....

I had a great experience with Christina. She listened to me and was interested in the details of my situation. Hopefully I have enough information for a case, but if I don’t I know she did everything she could for me. I will highly recommend her to others. This firm has the best customer service and are able to serve in a timely manner. And the cost of the initial consultation is affordable. I’m very pleased with my experience!

I requested a follow up consultation through my Legal Plan with the Burdette Law Firm that set up the trust for our family a year prior. My wife and I had a few questions after reading through the required documentation. We were told that we must make a consultation request using our eligibility ID since we were using our legal plan. In going through the legal plan, the only times made available was on Wednesdays at 12:00pm for 15 minutes. The first available appointment was more than 3 weeks away. I wasn't thrilled with that, but we preferred to ask follow up questions with the Burdette Law Firm since they set up the trust for us. We set up the consultation for Zoom so not to inconvenience everyone. After waiting 3 weeks and receiving confirmation texts and emails 2 days prior, I received a call the afternoon before from Rosemarie von Cannon of the Burdette Law Firm stating that the attorney has a full day tomorrow and may finish with court :30 minutes prior to our scheduled meeting. She suggested that she may need to cancel, but then asked me to discuss with her what questions my wife and I I had to keep from our scheduled appointment the next day. I explained to Rosemarie that I was at work and was not in a position to call my wife and attempt to do an unplanned call regarding the trust. She aggressively tried to force the conversation and I was assertive in keeping our appointment for the small window that we've waited weeks for. She did not offer another option, such as rescheduling. The conversation was uncomfortable for both of us. I was not pleased with having to be assertive and I assumed she didn't like being challenged. I received the attached message of cancellation and replied with my perspective on the conversation. I do not like the way Rosemarie handled things. It was very much either talk to her now or we can't help you. Because we set up the consultation through our legal plan, I'm guessing we were treated or handled differently. My assumption is that the Legal Plan is not a lucrative business arrangement for The Burdette Law Firm. The may treat non legal plan clients differently, but the entire process with them was frustrating. I have had other communications with Legal Plan attorneys and have not received this level of disrespect and unappreciation. I do not recommend working with The Burdette Law Firm. They did not seek resolution or to understand the situation. Immediate cancellation was the only course of action. I was not able to speak with the attorney regarding this matter.

The Burdette Law Firm has handled my legal work and taxes for the last 10 years. Excellent is all areas and very fast turnaround every years on my taxes.

They make the whole business of hiring a lawyer as quick and painless as possible. Thank you!
